We seek to develop strong and dynamic partnerships, to actively and aggressively market sites. Working together we can construct, launch and then vigorously implement an individual marketing plan that is unique to each car park. We are the only company that has a proven formula to effectively manage yield per bay. Yet, the aim always remains the same ... to maximise revenue.

The marketing plan focuses on taking advantage of every
opportunity, and it all stems from our sales and marketing division who adopt a very 'hands on' approach. To entice possible parkers, we utilise an array of offers, discounts, and special price structures, signage, direct mail, and brand reinforcement advertising.

We have also implemented a number of retailing initiatives such as 'Splash' professional car washing and the new 'Secure Express' - all designed to make car parks complete retail environments.
