Our empirical research indicates that Secure Parking Corporation Sdn Bhd’s target market finds it difficult to obtain reliable and authoritative advice on the actual number of parking bays available in each of the 11 states in Peninsular Malaysia.

An estimate made by our Business Development Department showed that parking bays belonging to City Councils are estimated to be at least 220,000 nationwide and private/commercial parking bays at 300,000. Our research also suggested that approximately 30 percent of these available parking bays are privatised or operated by professional parking operators.
