Sdn Bhd has its headquarters located in Pusat Bandar Damansara. Since established
in 1996, we are now providing parking related services and solution to more than
80 car parks for building, hotel and shopping mall throughout Malaysia with car
park operated in Selangor, Ipoh, Malacca, Seremban, Penang, Kangar and Kemaman.

EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Malacca – 1 position
Seremban – 1 position
Klang Valley (KL/PJ) – 1 position
Job Scope:
- Reporting to the Senior Manager - Business Operations in headquarters.
- Responsible for the overall car park operations allocated to him/her.
- Responsible for ensuring car parks are operated in accordance to QMS standard.
- Responsible for the profitability of car parks allocated.
- To coordinate and control information/documents flow between car parks and head office.
- To keep abreast of the functionality of car park equipment installed at car parks.
- To establish and maintain quality staff and ensure car park staff are properly trained and adequately aware of their responsibilities.
Pre-requisite:
The right candidates must be an all rounded performance person, possess high level of integrity and good work ethics and highly committed to achieve results in Quality Management System (QMS) working environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in operations management of chain stores operations.
- Must have the capability of supervising, monitoring and motivating a team of operations personnel.
- Able to formulate and implement standard operating procedures.
- Good auditing skill and adequate operational knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English language both oral and written.
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft office application.
- Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
- Willing to work long hours.
MANAGER – BUSINESS OPERATIONS

MANAGER – FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Pre-requisite:
The right candidates must be an all rounded performance person, possess high level of integrity and good work ethics and highly committed to achieve results in Quality Management System (QMS) working environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance and Accounting or professional qualification at a managerial level with experience in a consumer environment.
- Good knowledge in office and account administration.
- Possess good leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience in ERP implementation and computerized accounting is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English both spoken and written.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with certificate/diploma in relevant discipline with at least 5 years secretarial/corporate administration experiences reporting to Senior Management.
- Mature, trustworthy, a positive thinker, self motivated and independent with strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent planning and organization skills and has the ability to prioritize work and follow up with the deadlines.
- Meticulous, detailed oriented with good analytical skills and effective multi tasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact/communicate with all level of staff to get task completed.
- Possess leadership qualities and able to supervise would be an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office application and document filing.
Jobs Functions:
- Maintain companies’ statutory corporate and legal files systematically, set up and update of business contacts data and keep a systematic filing system on potentials projects.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to MD in planning, coordinating and tracking of all on going activities of the company both internally and externally.
- Coordinate and arrange of appointment for MD including meeting, company events, social function, travel etc and make travel arrangement such as flights and accommodations.
- Provide public relation activities with building owners and potential customers such as timely distribution of festive greeting cards, corporate calendar, etc
- Coordinate and compile weekly/monthly departmental performance report for MD.
- Handling official documents and responsible for preparation of company correspondence letters, reports, meeting minutes and presentation packages.
- Coordinate and liaise with company secretary pertaining to all matter relating to company secretarial matters and documentation.
- Assist Quality Management Department in setting up in house quality management system, internal quality audit and working with operations group to achieve ISO/QMS certification of the company.
SECRETARY
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in relevant discipline with 3-5 years secretarial/corporate administration experiences reporting to Senior Management.
