AREA BUSINESS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day car park business activities.
- To project manage car park closure activities.
- To monitor the continuous adherence to the Quality System Process.
- To monitor purchases for the car park Business Operations.
- To manage Customer Service activities which includes Customer Complaint Handling, liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager & Business Development Manager to conduct customer satisfaction survey for Property Owner/Manager (through visit) and for customer (via interview).
- Aggressive and self disciplined and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to commence work immediately
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the General Manager on executing marketing plan and strategy.
- Meet with Area Business Manager and internal support staff on a regular basis to communicate all customer service priorities and business/sales opportunities.
- Ensuring all marketing & advertising materials is in place & ready on time.
- To review coverage, product mix and promotion objectives to ensure they are in line with company's overall objectives.
- To plan monthly field market audits for purpose of reporting competitor's sales and promotional activities to management.
- Generate business from new accounts, leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone.
- To achieve sales target. Follow up closely on sales enquiries & quotation submitted. And provide good sales & after sales service to customers.
- Responsible for the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.
- Update the marketing database on a daily basis & compile highlights/important information to be reported in the Marketing Monthly Meeting.
- Assist in conducting market research and intelligence.
- Any additional tasks as and when needed & assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in direct sales, business development.
- Candidate should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to successfully communicate, both verbally and in writting,follow through and provide excellent customer service.
- Candidate should possess excellent communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia,English and Mandarin(written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, High integrity, Dynamic and Resourceful.
Possess flexibility and able to work long and irregular hours, if required.
- Possess own transport & with valid driving license(car).
- Confident, outgoing, independent & target oriented.
